Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting an order on netstudio.site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, you are not subject to international sanctions, and you accept these Terms of Service together with our AML / KYC Policy.

2. Nature of the service

NetStudio Exchange is a non-custodial routing front-end. We never hold user funds longer than required to relay them through licensed liquidity venues and the NEAR Intents protocol. We do not offer investment, custodial or financial-advice services.

3. Order lifecycle

Each order is created with a fixed exchange rate that is locked for 20 minutes from the moment of creation. If a deposit does not arrive within this window the order automatically expires and any later deposit is processed at the current market rate (or refunded, less network fees, on request).

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for sending the exact asset on the exact network to the displayed deposit address, including the memo / tag where required. Funds sent on a wrong network or to a wrong address may be permanently lost and cannot always be recovered.

5. Risk disclosure

Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile. Network congestion, smart-contract bugs and third-party outages may delay or prevent settlement. By using the service you accept these risks.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the service to launder proceeds of crime, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or interact with darknet markets, ransomware, scam or mixer services. We reserve the right to freeze any order that triggers our risk-scoring rules and to request identity verification before resuming or refunding it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetStudio Exchange and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Total liability for any single order is capped at the amount of that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version effective at the moment of order creation governs that order.
