Do I need an account?+
No. Registration is optional. You only need an email so we can send order updates. Creating an account additionally gives you a dashboard with your full order history.
Is the rate fixed?+
Yes — the rate shown on order creation is locked for 20 minutes. If your deposit does not arrive within this window, the order expires and any later deposit is processed at the current market rate or refunded on request.
How long does a swap take?+
Most swaps complete within 2–10 minutes after the deposit gathers enough confirmations. Bitcoin and other slow networks can take longer; you will see the live status on the order page.
What if I send a wrong amount or wrong asset?+
Open a support ticket from your order page. Such cases go through manual review and may require KYC before a refund or partial swap can be issued.
Do you store funds?+
No. Routing is non-custodial via NEAR Intents. Our infrastructure only relays transactions through licensed liquidity venues.
Why is my order Under review?+
It triggered our risk-scoring rules. We may ask for identity verification before continuing. The deposit is safe and remains on-chain throughout the review.
