NetStudio Exchange
Compliance

AML / KYC Policy

NetStudio Exchange is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorism financing and sanctions evasion.

Our commitment

NetStudio Exchange operates in line with FATF recommendations and the Travel Rule. We continuously screen incoming and outgoing transactions for links to sanctioned addresses, darknet markets, ransomware, mixers and other high-risk sources.

Risk-based approach

Every order is automatically scored using on-chain analytics. Orders with low risk are processed without any user interaction. Orders with elevated risk are paused in the Under review state until additional checks are completed.

When KYC may be requested

We may ask the customer to verify identity (government-issued ID, selfie, source-of-funds declaration) when an order exceeds dynamic thresholds, when funds originate from a flagged cluster, or when several risk indicators trigger at once.

Data handling

Verification data is processed by a regulated third-party KYC provider. We store only the minimum metadata required to evidence a decision (verification reference, decision, timestamp). Documents themselves are not retained on our servers.

Refusal and refunds

If verification fails or the customer refuses to verify, the deposit is returned to the original sending address, less the network fee. Funds proven to come from criminal activity are reported to and frozen in cooperation with the relevant authorities.

Reporting and cooperation

Suspicious activity is reported to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests that arrive through legal channels.
